Who we are
This website is operated by Monali Jain, a registered nutritionist based in Jaipur, India, practising as Root & Bloom. By using this site, booking a consultation, or buying a digital product, you agree to these terms.
What we offer
- One-to-one nutrition consultations, booked and confirmed online.
- Digital products such as e-books, guides and meal plans, delivered through your client portal account after payment is confirmed.
- Free resources: articles, recipes, the Root-Cause Compass quiz and the mailing list.
Your account
Portal accounts are created for you once a purchase or consultation is confirmed. You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for anything done under your account. One account per person — please do not share your login or your downloads.
Payments and orders
- Prices are shown in Indian rupees and are payable over UPI.
- An order is confirmed once we verify your payment — usually from the screenshot you send on WhatsApp — and mark your order accordingly.
- Refunds and rescheduling work exactly as described in the refund policy and cancellation policy; those pages form part of these terms.
Digital products: your licence
When you buy a digital product, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for yourself. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or upload it anywhere — free or paid. Breach of this licence ends your access without refund.
Our content
Everything on this site — text, images, guides, quiz, recipes — belongs to Root & Bloom unless stated otherwise. You may read, print and save it for personal use, but not reproduce or republish it without written permission.
Using the site fairly
- Do not misuse the site, attempt to access other accounts, or scrape its content.
- Accounts used for spam or abuse may be suspended.
- This site is for adults; under-18s should use it with a parent or guardian.
Health boundary
Site content — including quiz results and client experiences — is general information, not medical advice, and reading it does not make you a client. The full boundary is set out in our health disclaimer; it forms part of these terms.
Our liability
The site and its content are provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept it. Material changes to how refunds or cancellations work apply only to orders placed after the change.
